LTSC Students on Academic Probation or Dismissal

Fortunately, for many students probation or dismissal is a one-time event; however, for more students it is a repetitive issue that interferes with making progress toward their degree.  In an effort to address the needs of our students, the Letters and Sciences Office has implemented policies and procedures for students on academic probation.  We are here to help, and we want you to succeed!  By completing the academic success plan found here, and advising requirements established by Letters and Sciences, you will start your way toward success.

As a component of your academic advising this semester, you will need to complete and submit the following forms and the reflection question to your academic advisor. Additionally, you'll be required to meet with your academic advisor at least three times this semester.

  1. Academic Success Plan

  2. Setting Goals

  3. Reflection Question 1

  4. Reflection Question 2

For more information on how the academic probation or dismissal status affects you, visit our probation/dismissal policy website.  Also, please take a moment to review the University's Probation and Dismissal Policy which can be found in the Undergraduate Catalog or on Testudo.
