Front Desk Service

Description
The Letters and Sciences front desk is fully staffed with knowledgeable and well trained advisors who are there to assist students and members of the campus community.

Eligibility Requirements
All are welcome to utilize the services of the front desk. No appointments are required and advisors are there to assist you in person or via telephone at (301) 314-8418.

Services Offered
The following services are available at the Front Desk:
• Sign up for appointments with Academic Advisors
• Sign up for Walk-in advising appointments
• Registration for Change of Major Workshops
• Answers to general questions
• Access to LTSC forms including Permission To Enroll and Credit-by-Exam
• Referrals to campus resources and services

Normal Hours of Operation
The Front Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

During Orientation the Front Desk is Open:
Monday 8:30-11:00 and 12:00-4:30
Tuesday 1:30-4:30
Wednesday 8:30-11:00
Thursday 8:30-11:00 and 12:00-4:30
Friday 1:30-4:30
